We'll submit a quotation for your contract within 24 hours.
Terms are agreed and the contract starts.
Supplier and customer must:
agree on the basis of the contract document
document in detail the components of the systems that are to be maintained
set out the service levels for each component (or the systems)
define roles and responsibilities of the parties to the agreement
agree on pricing and payment
set out how the agreement will be managed and administered.
Hardware contracts
Remedial maintenance - to correct faults and return the system to operation in the event a hardware, system software or network component of the system fails;
Preventative maintenance - to undertake scheduled maintenance tasks to keep the hardware and/or system software in good operating condition.
Software contracts
Our software maintenace contracts help you to save money when you are constantly updating your website. For a fixed monthly fee we will do these changes for you thus saving you cost of hiring website developer each time.
We offer a choice of 4 and 8 hour guaranteed response times as standard but will assess each case individually to provide you with the best quality of service we can offer.
